Many reasons can make You return the socks Gammarelli or Mazarin bought on Mes Chaussettes Rouges. To save time for You and for us, please read the following instructions. You can only return socks that have never been worn. We will not accept socks without the label.

1/ Quality problem : there are four independant tests after the fabrication of the socks. Yet, some operations like handlinking are complicated and a default can happen. In this case, after reporting us the problem, You can send the socks back to us.
2/ Size Problem : Many clients are amazed by the size. Close to UK and US shoe size, italian socks sizes are yet different :
